We hire for patience first. Everything else, we train.

Wellcare caregivers get consistent client rosters, paid specialized-care training, and a coordinator who actually answers the phone when a shift gets complicated.

A day in the life of a Wellcare caregiver

Morning

You arrive at your first client's home, review any notes left by the overnight caregiver, and settle into whatever the morning actually calls for — sometimes that's a bath and breakfast, sometimes it's just sitting with someone who had a rough night.

Midday

A second visit, maybe a grocery run or a doctor's appointment. You know this client's routine well enough by now that you can tell when something's off before they say a word.

Afternoon

You log the visit in the app — a real summary, not a checkbox — and a coordinator follows up if anything you noted needs a second look.
