What a first visit looks like
We start by walking through a typical week with your family to see where the gaps are, then build a simple schedule around the tasks that matter most.
Step 01
A coordinator visits to understand the daily routine, the household and any tasks that have become hard
Step 02
We agree a task list and schedule, from a few hours a week to daily visits
Step 03
Your caregiver is introduced and walks through the home and routine with your family
Step 04
We check in after the first week and adjust the task list as needed
