What a first visit looks like
Recovery care works best when it's ready before the hospital lets them go. Call us before discharge if you can, and we'll have a plan and a caregiver lined up for the day they come home.
Step 01
A coordinator reviews the discharge instructions, medications and any therapy plan with your family
Step 02
We prepare the home: clear walkways, set up the bathroom and bedroom for safe movement
Step 03
A caregiver is there from day one, focused on safe transfers, rest and following the recovery plan
Step 04
We reduce hours as strength and independence return, so you only pay for the help that's still needed
