What a first visit looks like
With dementia, how care is introduced matters as much as the care itself. We go slowly, learn your loved one's history and habits, and build the plan around what still brings them comfort.
Step 01
A coordinator meets your family to learn about the diagnosis, daily patterns, triggers and favourite things
Step 02
We match a caregiver chosen for patience and experience with memory loss
Step 03
Early visits are short and familiar, often with a family member present, so trust can build naturally
Step 04
We keep the same caregiver and routine wherever possible, and adjust the plan as needs change
